ABOUT THE COMPANY
CTECA Ltd. was established in 2005 in the city of Rousse, Bulgaria. The city is located 60 km away from Bucharest and 300 km away from Sofia.
The company started its activity in 2007 as a clothing manufacturer with its own production base covering an area of 5376 square meters.
The company carries out a complete cycle of creation and production of women’s clothing, from product development to manufacturing and logistics.
Currently, CTECA Ltd. has a production capacity of 290,000 women’s clothing per year. The production is of high quality meeting the requirements of customers. The production process is organized in accordance with the set delivery deadlines.
We work with leading suppliers around the world who meet the standards of our customers: order and deliver materials – fabric, liner, fusible, accessories.
CTECA Ltd. uses the services of the transport company DIMOTRANS GROUP, which provides regular transport to and from France.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
Our designers and technologists realize the ideas of the customers:
- Preparation of basic patterns;
- Grading of patterns for concrete models;
- Multiplication of patterns;
- Assembly of prototypes;
- Optimization of material costs;
- Sample production - prototype, commercial samples, size set, series heads, etc.;
- Development of modern technologies, adapt to industrial demand and technologies that guarantee quality.
LOGISTICS
The products are delivered according to customer’s requirements.
- Storage of ready production
- Labeling - individually for each customer;
- Sorting, preparation and grouping of goods - individually for each customer;
- On-time delivery;
- Delivery with own transport.
